Catapult Fundraising, a fundraising consulting firm, is looking for part-time Fundraising Specialists.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Raise money by participating in Catapult's highly personalized Telefundraising programs. The primary responsibility of the Fundraising Specialist is to make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for Client campaigns.

WE OFFER $13.00/HR, PAID TRAINING, BIWEEKLY PAY, AND BONUSES BASED ON PERFORMANCE.

We are offering pay increases after 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year. After one year of employment with Catapult you will be paid $15.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn PTO.

Required Shift hours are Monday- Thursday from 3:00pm-8:00pm and Sunday from 9:00am-2:00pm. 25 hours per week.

WHO IS A GOOD FIT?

We are seeking mature candidates who have a clear and pleasant phone voice, the ability to read a script, are punctual, and looking for a long-term position. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates.

This is an excellent position for those reentering the workforce after covid-19, retirees, and veterans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follows the provided/trained, client-approved messaging each call on every campaign
• Follows fundraising call structure (3-asks) on every call
• Connect emotionally with patrons and serve as an enthusiastic ambassador for the organization
• Make a clear, persuasive case for financial support on every call.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer services and ability to react quickly to what the person being called is saying
• Continually demonstrates interest and motivation for all programs that are active on the call center floor
• Manages personal appearance to dress code standards
• Positive attitude
