Key Responsibilities:
Transport product from Renton warehouse to greater Seattle-area customer base
Act with integrity, transparency, and knowledge
Deliver exceptional service to our customers and responsibly represent the brand in the community
Deliver orders to customers using company fleet cargo vehicles, with focus on safety, speed and accuracy
Work closely with team; understand expectations of each position and how they work together to provide an exceptional customer experience
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers and peers at all times
Receive regular feedback and improve performance in accordance with company standards
Follow operational policies and procedures, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Ability to develop productive relationships and work successfully as part of a team
Ability to take direction, learn quickly and prioritize a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain a regular and punctual attendance during scheduled shifts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Clean driving record required for all delivery drivers & ability to pass background check
Must show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19
