Change Management Lead - Outsourced Service Provider/Third Party Risk
A Fortune 100 FinTech company is transforming Source-to-Report processes and technology to create a seamless digital procurement experience for employees that maintains compliance and amplifies value delivered. The Outsourced Service Provider Onboarding/Offboarding and Third Party Risk Management Change Management Lead & Trainer will play a pivotal role leading the overall change management plan and execution, including communications and training, to enable support for people, process, and technology change throughout our onboarding and offboarding process of Outsourced Service Providers as well as the reinvention of our Third Party Risk Management process and systems.
The OSP Onboarding/Offboarding and 3PRM Change Management Lead & Trainer will serve as a strategic leader and steward, requiring strong business acumen and knowledge of the Outsourced Service Provider (OSP) landscape, Third Party Risk Management (3PRM), and Source-to-Report (S2R) function with experience deploying solutions to effectively coordinate & communicate with cross-functional partners, develop and publish content on collaboration tools and training portals, and educate stakeholders and end users with engaging content that ensures understanding and compliance as we move from the former to the future way of managing OSPs and third party risk.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing the overall change management plan, developing training content for user audiences, and developing and executing the internal and third-party enablement communication plan. In this role, you will contribute to success in the following ways:
Leadership and Strategy
Qualifications:
• Experience leading change management of OSP management and/or 3PRM governance
• Experience with business operations, communications, with knowledge of outsourced service provider programs, sourcing, procurement, risk management, legal, information security and supply chain
• Experience producing digital content (infographics, video editing) for internal and external websites
• Proficient in communications and training content authoring systems such as Sharepoint, LumApps, Docebo, Degreed, and Loom
• Proficient in collaboration and productivity systems such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Applications, Slack and Zoom
• Experience leading complex programs of work with multiple stakeholders/partners
• Availability to directly support and interact with multiple international business units
• Culturally aware; experience communicating with a global audience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other quantitative discipline
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
• Experience working in the High-Tech or Financial Services sector preferred
