Catapult is currently qualifying candidates for 7 unskilled laborers and Helpers to support a 4-week project located in Casa Grande, AZ. This project pays weekly and is requiring candidates to have experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment.

Job responsibilities:

• Measures, cuts, and bends wire using hand tools.
• Spots other workers while using equipment, such as ladders
• Drills holes for wiring, using power drill, and pulls or pushes wiring through opening.
• Assist with installation and repair of outlets, lights, fixtures, and switches.
• Carry, hold, and position materials required to complete the project.
• Maintain tools and equipment and keeps supplies and parts in order.
• Communicate with others and take direction given by leadership.
• Promptly reports unsafe conditions to responsible person.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass and comply with all safety training, and drug testing requirements.
• Ability to bend, crouch, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, and work on ladders and scaffolds.

Compensation:

• $20-$21/hr BOE
• Paid weekly 
• 1st shift (Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30Pm Friday-Saturday 5am-1:30pm)
