    $90K - $100K salary

    On-site at the manufacturing plant in Rochester, NH

    Role Type: Full-time

    Job Description As the Site EHS Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the deployment and management of our corporate EHS strategy at the plant level. Your primary objectives will be to eliminate accidents/incidents and ensure regulatory compliance. You will act as the subject matter expert on all safety, health, and environmental matters, serving as the conduit between our corporate EHS function and the local operational leadership teams.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead the EHS agenda deployment to positively impact EHS KPIs and sustainability
    • Manage, coach, and support members of the plant's management/operational teams
    • Implement strategies to achieve and maintain regulatory compliance
    • Deploy the global EHS standards within the plant
    • Address EHS issues identified within the plant in a timely manner
    • Mentor and coach the Operational Leadership Team on EHS leadership and engagement
    • Manage the Product Stewardship Program and conduct EHS audits
    • Support CAPEX projects from a EHS perspective

     

    Required Experience/Skills

    • Globally recognized qualification in Occupational Health & Safety
    • Globally recognized qualification in Environmental Management
    • Minimum 3 years of EHS management experience
    • Experience interacting with regulators and managing incidents
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills
    • Ability to work independently and drive accountability

     

    Nice-to-Haves

    • Experience in a similar manufacturing environment
    • Involvement in cultural change programs within multi-site organizations

    Education Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science)
