Job Description: Senior Manager of Corporate Security and Risk Management will be responsible for the comprehensive security strategy and day-to-day execution to protect the company's personnel, assets, intellectual property and global supply chain. This is a highly visible role interfacing with executives and requiring travel at times. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strategic mindset, and excels at building trusted relationships across the organization.

Senior Manager of Corporate Security and Risk Management will develop and oversee security plans encompassing areas like crisis management, investigations, travel security, access control and more. They will lead critical initiatives to identify and mitigate risks proactively. This role will grow the security function in parallel with the company's evolving needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage organizational security policies, standards and procedures.
• Oversee physical security measures and technical security systems across all sites.
• Lead security awareness training programs.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance on potential threats.
• Coordinate executive travel security and personal protection as required.
• Manage internal investigations related to security incidents.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency response teams.
• Analyze security trends and intelligence specific to the biotech industry.
• Continuous improvement of crisis management and issue response plans.

Required Experience/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in related field (criminal justice, security management, etc.)
• 3-5 years of corporate security leadership experience
• Expertise in physical security, investigations, crisis management
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and present to all levels.
• Availability for irregular hours/on-call responsibilities
• Knowledge of supply chain security and intellectual property protection
• Familiarity with vulnerability assessments and risk mitigation
• Security systems implementation experience

Education:. Bachelor's degree required
