Job Description

As the Director of IT, Data and Analytics, you will define and execute the data, analytics, and information strategy for the organization. In this critical role, you will lead a team of data professionals to develop systems and solutions that enable data-driven decision making. You will work across business units to understand needs and opportunities, while also staying on top of the latest technologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data to drive business impact. They have the technical skills and strategic mindset to translate analytics into action. This is a chance to modernize systems and help lead a culture shift - where data informs everything from planning to operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data and analytics roadmap aligned to corporate strategy
• Hire, lead, and mentor data engineers, analysts, and architects
• Establish and manage data architecture, systems, and governance
• Foster an analytics and data-driven culture across the organization
• Collaborate with IT security on data policies and controls
• Oversee integration, data lakes, warehouses, and other core infrastructure
• Develop enterprise data management principles and standards
• Identify new data sources and enable integration
• Maintain current skills in analytics methodologies and technologies

Required Experience

• 10-15 years overseeing analytics initiatives and data strategies in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with data platforms like Azure, Spark, PowerBI
• Background in BI, data warehousing, governance, integration, etc.
• Ability to convey data insights to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
