Responsibilities: As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of our organization. Reporting directly to C- Level Executives you will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Qualifying Experience:
- Undertake the responsibilities of the Senior Accountant role with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to accounting principles.
Customer Prepayment Schedule (CPP) Program:
- Demonstrate significant experience and proficiency in handling Customer Prepayment Schedule or CPP programs, particularly in managing deferred payment programs.
Quickbooks Online:
- Possess Quickbooks Online experience, as it will be considered a significant advantage in fulfilling the responsibilities of the role. However, it is not a mandatory requirement.
Financial Reconciliations:
- Reformat reconciliations to meet organizational standards, ensuring precision and clarity in financial reporting.
Documentation of Processes and Procedures:
- Document existing accounting processes and procedures, and contribute to the development of improved workflows for enhanced efficiency.
Excel Expertise:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to the maximum potential, employing data analysis and spreadsheet management capabilities to support various financial tasks and reporting requirements.
Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, showcasing a strong track record of successful financial management.
- In-depth knowledge of Customer Prepayment Schedule (CPP) programs and deferred payment processes.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks Online is highly desirable.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to perform complex data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
