    Job Description

    A client of ours in San Antonio, TX has an immediate need for several Contract Customer Service Desk Representatives 

    • YOU MUST COMPLETE AND PASS 3 ASSESSMENTS (TYPING, COMPUTER LITERACY, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE) BEFORE BEING SCHEDULED TO INTERVIEW. ALSO, THE INTERVIEW WILL BE WEBEX ONLINE AND THE ROLE WILL START REMOTE UNTIL THE OFFICE OPENS BACK UP, SO YOU MUST HAVE A COMPUTER WITH A WORKING WEBCAM AND MIC (A PHONE IS NOT GOING TO WORK FOR TESTING, INTERVIEW, AND TRAINING). IF YOU CANNOT MEET THESE CRITERIA, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. ALSO, YOU MUST PASS A GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND SCREENING IN ADDITION TO BEING A US CITIZEN***

    OVERVIEW:

    • Candidates where their role is responsible for answering incoming calls from the healthcare provider community. Ensure calls are handled completely and professionally. Properly document each call and provide resolution within 24 hours. 
    • Schedules: Between 6:30am - 6:30pm, M-F (8 hour shifts w/ no weekends)
    • Weekly Pay: Friday's
    • Duration: 6 Months Contract
    • INTERVIEWS: 12-18-2020
    • START DATE: 1-4-2021

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide prompt and accurate responses.
    • Ensure the material reflects the current procedures and are updated if and when they change.
    • Help resolve internal and external client issues and concerns related to the project processes.
    • Ensure all procedural changes or modifications are appropriately documented.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve upon existing process flows.
    • Ensuring client file uploads are complete and accurate.
    • Responding to client requests for additional information related to file transfers and/or registration.
    • Ensure calls requiring deeper technical expertise are escalated promptly with complete documentation.
    • Produce reports on status of current cases upon request.

    Job Types: Full-time, Contract

    Hourly Rate: $13.00 /hour
