    Job Description:

    The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative entails overseeing the ongoing management of designated accounts under the guidance of the Account Executive and/or Producer. This position necessitates direct engagement with clients, Account Executives, Producers, insurance companies, finance companies, and various departments within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Issuing auto ID cards, binders, certificates, and Evidence of Property
    • Managing orders for loss runs, MVRs, and E Mods
    • Processing change requests and cancellations, including follow-up and documentation
    • Conducting audits, rate checks, and invoicing tasks
    • Supporting Account Managers and Executives in policy management and updates
    • Handling new business processing, renewals, and billing updates
    • Managing document scanning and digital filing processes
    • Coordinating correspondence with carriers and preparing invoices
    • Facilitating policy deliveries and reconciliation of fleet schedules
    • Assisting in the preparation of proposals and finance agreements
    • Providing administrative support, including scanning, mail, and phone assistance
    • Collaborating on various projects and handling claims intake as required

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
    • 1-2+ years of experience in Commercial Lines preferred
    • Active Property and Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire
    • Proficiency in computer skills and software applications
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
