    Job Title: Franchise Sales Digital Marketing and Administrative Specialist

    Overview:
    As a Franchise Sales Digital Marketing and Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for driving franchise sales through digital marketing strategies while also providing administrative support to the franchise sales team. You will play a crucial role in expanding our franchise network by executing targeted marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, and handling administrative tasks efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    1\. Digital Marketing:
    \- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate leads and drive franchise sales.
    \- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
    \- Optimize website content and design to improve user experience and lead conversion.
    \- Utilize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with potential franchisees.
    \- Analyze digital marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

    2\. Content Creation:
    \- Produce engaging and informative content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy.
    \- Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to create multimedia content that showcases the franchise opportunity effectively.
    \- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

    3\. Lead Management:
    \- Manage incoming leads from various digital channels and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives.
    \- Follow up with leads promptly and provide information and support throughout the sales process.
    \- Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and interactions in the CRM system.

    4\. Administrative Support:
    \- Assist the franchise sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing events.
    \- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for franchise sales representatives as needed.
    \- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the franchise sales department.

    Qualifications:

    \- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    \- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
    \- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
    \- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    \- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
    \- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    \- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    \- Previous experience in franchise sales or real estate marketing is a plus.
