What You'll Do

As an Event Bartender, you'll be responsible for much more than pouring drinks. You'll play a key role in creating an unforgettable guest experience by:

Setting up and breaking down complete mobile bar stations using company equipment

Transporting yourself reliably to venues throughout Portland and surrounding communities

Providing warm, engaging, and professional service to every guest

Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bar throughout each event

Working independently while also collaborating with our event team

Following OLCC regulations and company service standards

Representing Pearl Catering with professionalism from arrival to the last guest served

What We're Looking For

We're searching for bartenders who are:

Experienced behind the bar in restaurants, catering, or events

Friendly, energetic, and passionate about hospitality

Professionally groomed with a polished appearance

Comfortable working upscale weddings, corporate functions, and private events

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Reliable, punctual, and accountable

Excellent communicators with a positive attitude

Able to stay calm and organized during busy events

Requirements

Must have reliable personal transportation and be willing to travel throughout the Portland metro area and surrounding cities

Valid OLCC Service Permit (or ability to obtain before employment)

Ability to lift and move kegs, cases of beverages, and bar equipment

Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require
