Crispelli's is seeking a dedicated and professional Caterer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, preparing, and delivering high-quality catering services for a variety of events, while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Hours are approximately 5am to 12pm

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent • A minimum of 2 years of catering experience, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting. • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and sanitary practices. • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and catering staff. • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to accommodate catering events. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as some local travel may be required for off-site events.
Job Summary:
• Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop and maintain catering menus that align with Crispelli's brand and culinary offerings. • Coordinate with clients to determine their specific catering needs, including menu selection, event details, and any special requests or accommodations. • Coordinate with drivers to ensure seamless and on-time delivery • Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, and adherence to Crispelli's quality standards and recipes. • Manage food and beverage inventory, and relay required supply orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels for catering events. • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as adherence to local and state health department guidelines. • Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of catering events, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients and their guests. • Maintain accurate records of catering orders, invoices, and expenses, ensuring timely and accurate billing and financial tracking of ad-hoc clients and house accounts. • Continuously evaluate catering processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
