Responsibilities: • Consult with clients in Westminster, CO, US to identify event needs, such as guest count and venue size, and address client requests to ensure seamless event execution • Collaborate with the Chef to plan menus and create special dishes tailored to the dietary restrictions or preferences of clients • Manage budgets effectively and negotiate contracts with clients to deliver high-quality catering services • Solicit new catering business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building within the community and surrounding markets Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and event coordination • Attention to detail and a strong emphasis on customer service are essential qualities • The ability to be flexible and adapt to evolving event requirements and timelines is crucial • Exceptional organizational skills are needed to manage multiple events simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for client and staff interactions • Proficiency in using Salesforce is preferred for this role • Familiarity with Hilton brand standards in a plus! Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly + quarterly bonus
