Overview:

Prime Barbecue,_ Located at 403 Knightdale Station Run, Knightdale, NC_ is looking to add dedicated and service driven professionals to join our team.

The Catering & Event Staff position plays a vital role in the overall success and enjoyment of our catered events. This is accomplished through exemplary service and hospitality to all those in attendance at each event. You will work closely with our growing catering team to execute on-site or off-site events on an as needed basis throughout our busy catering season. This will include all aspects from packing, set up, service, clean/breakdown, unpack and reorganize equipment. The qualified candidate will also need to be able to lift and move 30+lbs and be capable of standing/walking for 6+ hours at a time

Duties:

• Assist in event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture and decorations
• Serve food and beverages to guests during events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces
• Provide excellent guest services and address any inquiries or requests promptly
• Collaborate with the event coordinator to ensure smooth operations
• Support in bussing tables and clearing dishes during events

Experience:

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in restaurants or catering

• Knowledge of food preparation and service standards

• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service and hospitality

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Culinary background or interest is a plus
