About the Role
As Lead Catering Chef, you’ll:
Showcase culinary creativity at large-scale events
Lead & mentor BOH team members
Oversee prep, production, and execution of catered menus
Maintain food safety & quality standards
Occasionally drive a 15-foot catering truck (training provided)
Qualifications
3+ years experience in catering, banquets, or fine dining (high-volume)
Culinary education preferred (not required)
Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills
Food Safety certification (preferred)
Must have a clean, valid driver’s license
Able to work long shifts on your feet & lift to 50 lbs
Schedule
Tuesday–Thursday: Commissary prep (8-hour shifts)
Friday–Sunday: Event shifts (10–11 hours)
Monday: Closed
