Our catering division is growing fast, and we're looking for a talented, driven Catering Manager to lead the charge. Whether it’s corporate luncheons, private parties, or large-scale events, we bring creative cuisine and flawless service to every occasion.
Job Summary: As Catering Manager, you’ll oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all catered events. You’ll act as the bridge between our clients, kitchen, and service teams—ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. This is a hands-on role for someone with both operational savvy and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of event catering through to execution
Lead tastings, client meetings, and site visits
Develop proposals and event timelines
Coordinate staffing, rentals, delivery, setup, and breakdown logistics
Partner with the culinary team to craft event-specific menus
Maintain detailed event records and billing
Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are upheld
Recruit, train, and lead a team of event staff as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years in catering, event planning, or hospitality management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Capable of managing multiple events and teams simultaneously
Comfortable working evenings and weekends as events demand
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Food Handler’s and OLCC certification (or ability to obtain)
