Job Description
Coast Catering is looking for a full-time detail-oriented professional with the ability to support our Sales & Event Managers in a busy catering & special events environment. This position will assist with coordination and logistics of up to 200 events per year both in office and on-site. Candidates must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision, and be willing to work weekends and/or evenings, as needed. Primary duties include editing proposals, coordinating logistics for events and general administrative support.
You will be responsible for event documentations, such as proposal edits, diagrams and BEOs. Coordinate with Event Managers, Kitchen Department and Logistics team to ensure consistent, high - level service throughout the pre - event, event and post event phases. Total Party Planner and Prismm experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
Minimum Years of Experience: (2) Years Hospitality Related Experience with Catering or Event Operations Preferred
Hourly Rate: $23 in office, $28 on site
