As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and personable Sales Associate / Event Coordinator to join our team.

    Position Overview

    The Sales Associate / Event Coordinator will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of catered events. This hybrid role requires strong sales skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to coordinate event details from start to finish.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Business Development

    Proactively identify and pursue new catering opportunities (weddings, corporate, private events).

    Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, vendors, and corporate partners.

    Respond promptly to client inquiries, prepare proposals, and close sales.

    Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

    Event Coordination

    Serve as the main point of contact for clients once booked.

    Plan and coordinate all event details, including menus, timelines, and staffing needs.

    Work with culinary and operations teams to ensure accurate event execution.

    Attend select events as on-site coordinator to ensure client satisfaction.

    Administrative & Reporting

    Maintain accurate client records in CRM system.

    Track sales performance and report regularly to management.

    Assist with marketing initiatives, tastings, and bridal/corporate showcases.

    Qualifications

    Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or event sales preferred.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.

    Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with sales targets.

    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

    Compensation

    Base plus commission with performance-based incentives.
