    Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Catering Events Sales Coordinator to drive private dining and catering sales for our restaurant. This role focuses on building client relationships, coordinating event details, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences from inquiry to execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Respond promptly to inquiries for private dining, group bookings, and off-site catering.

    Generate new business through outreach, networking, and repeat client relationships.

    Develop customized event proposals, menus, and pricing packages aligned with restaurant offerings.

    Coordinate all event logistics including seating arrangements, menus, timelines, and special requests.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process and during events.

    Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless execution.

    Conduct site tours and tastings for prospective guests.

    Upsell food, beverage, and add-on services to maximize revenue.

    Maintain accurate records of bookings, deposits, and event details.

    Assist with invoicing, payments, and post-event follow-up.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in restaurant catering, event coordination, or hospitality sales preferred.

    Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.

    Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

    Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    Proficiency in POS systems and reservation platforms

    Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
