Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and execute banquet events from start to finish • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and seamless service • Collaborate with culinary, banquets, and operations teams to deliver high-quality experiences • Work directly with clients to create detailed and accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) that bring their vision to life • Ensure guest satisfaction and quickly resolve any issues that arise Qualifications: • Previous experience in banquet or event management (hotel experience preferred) • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 yearly
