Do you love connecting with people, building relationships, and helping them plan unforgettable events? Join our locally owned restaurant team at Wholly Stromboli and The Speakeasy at Wholly Stromboli as we grow our private event and catering program! We’re looking for a charismatic and organized Catering & Events Development Manager to represent our brand, oversee catering and events, and build strong community connections that drive awareness and bookings. Compensation includes an hourly base rate plus commission opportunities. On-site and off-site.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for catering and private event clients, from inquiry through event completion.

Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners to expand our catering and events presence.

Proactively connect with potential clients through visits, networking, and community involvement — sharing our offerings in a warm, approachable way.

Promote private event rentals at The Speakeasy and large-format catering pick-up through authentic relationship-building and follow-up.

Coordinate leads, proposals, and bookings, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Collaborate with ownership and the marketing team on outreach strategies and catering initiatives.

Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach, calls, and booking pipeline.

Provide thoughtful post-event follow-up to foster repeat business and long-term partnerships.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

Live in Northern Colorado and able to be on-site at Wholly Stromboli

Thrive in a self-directed, people-facing role

Are comfortable making warm and cold outreach calls

Are organized, energetic, and results-driven

Have sales experience (hospitality or event industry preferred, but not required)

Have reliable transportation and a passion for connecting locally

Can work flexible hours (some evenings/weekends during events)
