As we expand, we’re looking for a talented and highly organized Catering Manager to join our team and take the lead in managing both on and off-site events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events across various locations
Manage catering staff and schedules for each event
Serve as the main point of contact for clients before and during events
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and delivery
Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation on-site
Handle any issues or last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in catering management, hospitality, or related food service roles
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with catering/event management platforms like Tripleseat is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Food Safety Certification (preferred but willing to certify the right candidate)
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
