    CATH LAB DIRECTOR

    Job Title: Cath Lab Director–

    Rate: Up to $3900.00 weekly

    Location: Weymouth, MA

    Day Shift (8H)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Leadership and strategic planning: Provide strategic leadership for the Cath lab, align with hospital goals, and develop department goals, policies, and procedures.
    • Operational management: Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, coordinating procedures, and ensuring efficient workflow and productivity metrics are met.
    • Staff management: Guide personnel actions, which include hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development, while also managing staffing needs.
    • Financial management: Develop and manage the departmental budget, including financial forecasting and resource planning to meet cost and revenue targets.
    • Quality and compliance: Ensure patient care delivery meets high clinical standards and that the department complies with all regulatory bodies (e.g., TJC, OSHA) and internal policies.
    • Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work with physicians and other departments to ensure safe, patient-centered, and coordinated care.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Education

    • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
    • Board certification in interventional cardiology is preferred.

    Experience

    • Experience in a Cath Lab setting with a strong understanding of cardiovascular procedures.
    • Proven experience as a Cardiac Catheterization Lab Director or similar role.
    • Thorough understanding of cardiac catheterization procedures and operations.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
    • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality patient care.

    Licenses/Certifications

    • Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
