Position Overview
We are hiring Cath Lab In‑Service Specialists to support clinical education and hands-on product training for vascular access devices used in advanced interventional procedures. This is a clinical consulting role (not sales) where you will work directly with hospital staff, delivering procedural support and in-servicing in Cath Labs and Interventional Radiology suites across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.
This role is ideal for experienced RNs, RCISs, RTs, or CVTs seeking a flexible PRN schedule , strong hourly pay, and the opportunity to engage in cutting-edge procedures while maintaining autonomy.
Responsibilities
Deliver in-servicing and product education to hospital clinical teams
Provide procedural support for device introductions or high-acuity cases
Educate staff during onboarding, go-lives, and product integrations
Act as a clinical liaison to assigned hospitals and facilities
Document all activity, feedback, and support provided in the field
Qualifications
Required:
Prior experience in Cath Lab, IR, or Vascular Access settings
Active clinical licensure/certification: RN, RCIS, RT(R), CVT, etc.
Strong communication and clinical teaching ability
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region
Comfort working independently with minimal oversight
Preferred:
Experience with clinical in-servicing or medical device education
Familiarity with DVT, PE, catheter-directed thrombolysis , or similar therapies
Additional Information
Compensation & Structure
Hourly Pay: $50–$75/hour (based on experience)
Travel Support: IRS mileage reimbursement or $100/day stipend
Schedule: Flexible PRN – work 1–3 days per week based on demand
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (engaged directly by client)
