Schedule / Hours: 40 hours/week, 13-week contract, 4x10s

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Graduate from an accredited radiologic technology program

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience required
• Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Experience with EP or vascular procedures preferred but not required

Licenses/Certifications

• MA Radiology License required (may be pending at submission)
• ARRT Radiology credentials required
• ACLS required

Key Responsibilities (Cath Lab Focus)

• Assisting physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Scrubbing and supporting procedures including PCI, left and right heart catheterizations, and angioplasty
• Preparing and maintaining Cath Lab equipment and sterile fields
• Monitoring patients throughout procedures and responding to complications
• Collaborating with cardiology and procedural teams to ensure safe and efficient patient care
• Maintaining accurate documentation of procedures and patient responses (Epic preferred)

Additional Unit Details

• Adult and geriatric patient population
• Exposure to cardiac cath, electrophysiology (EP), and vascular procedures
• Experience with advanced procedures such as TAVR, Impella, IABP, and Watchman is a plus
