    CATHEDRAL RESIDENCES 

    Carteret Management Corporation is seeking PART-TIME FRONT DESK ASSOCIATES who will greet and direct residents and guests at an apartment community located in downtown Jacksonville, FL, in accordance with the Company’s values of communication, customer service and competency. These are permanent part-time positions.

    AVAILABLE SHIFTS:  

    • Mornings
    • Evenings

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • SERVE THE RESIDENTS’ NEEDS WITH A POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE.
    • Greet and welcome residents and guests.
    • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages for staff.
    • Annotate all incoming maintenance calls and requests.
    • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them as needed.
    • Monitor visits.
    • Monitor emergency alarm systems.
    • Document incidents for Manager to review.

    SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

    • A HISTORY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to multitask with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, residents).
