Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Prefer a two year degree in Animal Science (Not Required)
- Experience in Cattle Handling a Plus (BQA certified)
- Demonstrated problem solving skills & team building
- Good verbal & written communications skills
- Be a positive, productive member to produce a great culture

- Demonstrate ability to build a high performance/engaged work environment
- Effective use of key performance indicators in an feedlot environment to drive results

- Syringes, Cattle Handling Working Equipment, 4-wheelers, computer, and other vehicles/equipment to use to complete jobs.
