WHO YOU ARE… As a Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will have the great opportunity to support the accounting team by performing the required day to day operational tasks in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This position will include duties such as: assisting the Causal iQ & GlobalWide Media Accounting team with monthly billing and collections, vendor maintenance, handling vendor inquiries, payment application to corresponding client accounts, generating summary reports for AR allocations, and ensuring accurate data entry and tracking of monthly receivables. This position is an integral part of the accounting team and reports directly to the Accounting Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing consistent delivery of superior customer service to clients, contacts and team members through all communication methods (phone, email, IM)
• Assisting the Causal iQ & GlobalWide Media Accounting Team with producing monthly billing and collections
• Invoicing clients and dealing with invoicing reconciliations and queries
• Back-up for US invoicing and queries
• Back-up on payment application to corresponding client accounts
• Generate summary reports for AR allocations
• Ensuring the accurate data entry and tracking of monthly receivables across companies
• Posting debit and credit memos to client accounts
• Reconciling client balances
• Prioritizing and meeting deadline specific requests
• Accounts Receivable reconciliation as needed
• Additional responsibilities as requested by management

• Must have strong communication, organization and time management skills with an accurate, analytic approach

• Detail oriented and able to effectively organize and manage multiple responsibilities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Advanced Excel skills required in order to manage large amounts of data
• Acumatica or equivalent accounting software experience preferred
• Must have good communication skills (Written/Verbal)
