    In this role, the Financial Analyst will work with identifying and analyzing the business and decisions made based on the budgets, analytics of our data and systems. This role will help to create financial planning with the management team of Cava Companies. The goal of this role is to help increase the general business operations of the organization and improve performance initiatives.  Responsibilities: • Creation of new financial reports, forecasting tools, visualizations, models, budgeting, and variance analyses • Review and analyze monthly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting • Observe and account for trends, performance metrics & KPI’s, benchmarks, etc. and present the analyzed data in a clear, simple manner to help streamline decision-making • Overseeing the preparation and approval of all financial reporting materials and metrics including: Budgets, forecasting, monthly/quarterly reports, along with the day-to-day accounting, business analytics, and data management across multiple business functions including Sales and Marketing • Using explanatory and predictive modeling and other analytical tools to drive fact-based decision making to help manage business performance • Work hand-in-hand with CEO, staff accountants, and other executive members to help provide strategic leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives using projections, cost identification, and allocation, revenue/expense analysis, risk & liabilities. You will be exposed to running a business from the financials • Manage Quarterly Reporting and all Ad-hoc projects as necessary • Work within a team to deliver data solutions from idea to production • Collects and stores data on sales numbers, market research, logistics, linguistics, and other behaviors to analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses • Proactively identifies, recognizes, and acts on opportunities for improvement in order to advance business goals. Confronts problems, change, and/or challenges quickly and enthusiastically • Communicate and transfer all relevant knowledge to decision-makers Qualifications: • MBA preferred; BA/BS in Finance or equivalent also acceptable. • Must have strong background in one of the following: Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Statistics • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or similar designation preferred • 2-3 years of Financial Analyst or Equivalent experience. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Independent, logical, strategic thinker with high focus, strong attention to detail, and disciplined work ethic • Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment. • Effective written and verbal communication • Continuously analyze current automation of the accounting and reporting process and present improvement suggestions • Ability to Review and Analyze Balance Sheet Financial Reports • Demonstrated excellence in technological roles and ability to quickly understand and adopt new technologies. Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 yearly
