    Cava Companies is looking for a strong Head of Coaching who is able to meld both ends of the business together to better serve clients of Cava Coaching. Cava Companies is a mid-sized business consisting of top-producing friendly and positive people. Our senior management and staff have extensive experience in real estate development, finance, economic development, project management, leasing, and property management. Our Cava Coaching business segment focuses on Real Estate Investment education by teaching other investors how to do so as well. In this role, we are looking for someone who has business operations and business project management background for the day-to-day needs of the business. Being the main point-of-contact for our marketing and production partners to ensure operational efficiency will be a top priority. We also are looking for someone who has previous high-ticket client exposure to facilitate a positive experience for clients as they work with us. We have the processes and standards in place for our marketing and production partners, yourself, and for clients.  Responsibilities: • Schedule activities, tasks, and action items, as well as the work of others to successfully complete assigned projects, on time and within budget. Assign roles and communicates with the project team effectively. • Actively contribute as a member of the management team, participate in management meetings, provide insight, collaborate on problem-solving and provide fresh ideas for growth and areas of improvement. • Manage all education-related activities for Cava Coaching clients. • Create a ‘white-glove experience for our investor clients. • Instill confidence in our Tier 2 and Tier 3 coaching students.  • Analyze and look at data to identify trends and performance improvement opportunities. • Develop and teach detailed tactics and plans to clients and students of Cava Coaching when applicable. • Engage via telephone, social media, email, etc., in order to provide a positive experience to all of the clients, while also playing an integral role in the Cava Coaching Private Facebook Groups.  Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Operations and Project Management. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Client Relations required. • Excellent customer engagement skills over the internet by utilizing communication tools and social media platforms. • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Bachelor’s Degree Required, MBA preferred.  Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 yearly
