    Position Overview: The Database Management Intern will work under the general supervision of the Systems Manager. This position serves as a member of a team that provides a high level of customer service and technical support with the primary responsibility to administer databases and database management technology for the department.   Responsibilities: • Provide assistance to our Systems Manager and have the opportunity to learn Salesforce and all of the marketing systems we use in our business. • Perform audits to ensure all seller leads are entered into Salesforce and have appropriate lead nurturing plans in place. Ensure process compliance and accurate KPI reporting in Salesforce. Helping manage database performance • Reviewing software and campaign performance • Loading information into the database • Improving database efficiency • Creating reports, process builders, and other workflows Qualifications: • Enrolled in Computer Science, Information Systems, or like degree • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Previous customer service or sales experience. • Looking for candidates who are eager and willing to grow within the company. • Self-motivated, personable, and team player with experience in a fast-paced environment • Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and effectively execute each  Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly
