Job Summary We are seeking experienced and energetic Nannies/Mannies to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate should be nurturing, possess strong communication skills, and be dedicated to creating a safe and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with the family to maintain a regular daily schedule in the home, including naps, meals, and playtime.

Collaborate with family to ensure consistent care and that the needs of the family align with your skills.

Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate.

Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities and milestones.

Communicate with parents the expectations surrounding non-childcare duties such as housekeeping, cooking, laundry, etc.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Nanny/Manny with EXCELLENT references

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

Strong understanding of child development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patient, kind, and flexible

First aid/CPR certified
