We have an exciting full time opportunity for an Internet Marketing Consultant - IMC working in our Victor, NY office. Make your own schedule!

The Cazbah IMC is the front line of client service. The IMC is responsible for establishing a trusting relationship and becoming an integral partner in each of their client’s businesses.
The IMC’s purpose is to make the client’s business successful on the Web. The IMC is also responsible for continuing development of his/her skills to provide the best Internet marketing solution in the industry.
INTERNET MARKETING CONSULTANT (IMC) RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Being the primary point of contact for all client interactions
- Holding monthly marketing meetings with each client
- Developing and implementing a basic Internet Marketing Plan based on the IMC Operations Document
- Coordinating with the production team to execute identified tasks, based on monthly meetings and client needs
- Coaching clients to focus on the three key areas of the Internet Marketing Plan: Content, Visibility, Measurement
- Assisting with high priority and emergency client situations as needed
- Creating Cazbah marketing content on a regular basis (blog posts, etc.)
- Contributing to and participating in Cazbah social media activities, consistent with the company’s Internal sales/marketing plan
- Performing additional training as needed based on industry applications to ensure high levels of proficiency.
- Establishing Subject Matter Expert (SME) status on areas of strength within their IMC team
- Contributing to team functions as applicable based on business need (employee mentoring, job sharing, collaborating with Sales/Production as needed)
- Operating within boundary conditions of IMC operational standards & guidelines
- Maintaining a Client relationship focused on the strategic versus tactical level
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Business/Communications/Marketing preferred or a combination of education and experience to meet job qualifications
- Prefer experience working with small/medium businesses
- Experience with website content implementation, ideally on WordPress or similar platform
TRAINING AND SPECIAL SKILLS:
- Strong MS Office/Google Business Suite skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML code preferred
- Google Analytics/Google Ads experience preferred
- Solid work ethic, adaptable to a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure
- Strong, solid team player
- Strong self-motivator with the ability to prioritize and multi-task independently
- Ability to build positive, consultative relationships with customers and teammates
- Excellent professional, communication skills both verbal and written
- Resourceful – with the ability to research and solve problems independently
- Customer Service and/or retail experience is preferred
