Responsibilities: As a CDL Driver & Industrial Equipment Operator, you will handle the safe transport, setup, and operation of heavy equipment across client job sites: Safely drive and operate vacuum trucks, liquid tankers, roll-off units, box trucks, and service support vehicles. Work directly with field technicians on high-pressure water blasting, commercial tank cleaning, and hazardous/non-hazardous environmental waste management projects. Maintain full compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA safety standards. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) logs. Manage job-site shipping papers, hazardous waste manifests, Bills of Lading (BOL), and safety compliance records. Represent INSERV professionally, providing reliable customer service at active industrial and commercial facilities. Qualifications: As a CDL Driver & Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the safe transport, setup, and operation of our industrial fleet: Drive and operate heavy commercial vehicles, including vacuum trucks, liquid tankers, roll-off units, box trucks, and service support vehicles. Assist field crews on-site with specialized industrial projects, including high-pressure water blasting, commercial tank cleaning, and environmental waste management. Active and Valid Class A or Class B CDL. No operational restrictions (must not have manual transmission, air brake, or intrastate-only restrictions). 2–3 years of commercial driving experience, with direct experience in bulk liquid tankers, vacuum trucks/trailers, or hazardous materials (HazMat) transport preferred. Clean driving record and ability to perform physical tasks associated with industrial field services. Compensation: $26 - $33 hourly
