    We have a terrific position for you if you appreciate being out on the open road and being in control of your own career. We are searching for a CDL delivery driver to assist us in the timely delivery of materials, equipment, tools, and operating equipment, as well as maintaining and repairing tools and machinery. Responsibilities: • Safely transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites. • Load and unload items from delivery vehicles • Follow established routes and schedule • Communicate effectively with project managers and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues. • Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and obtain necessary signatures • Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations • Inspect, repair, and maintain tools and equipment used in deck construction • Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs • Keep an organized inventory of tools and spare parts • Collaborate with project managers to ensure tools are available and in good working condition • Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., oil changes, blade sharpening) on power tools • Communicate with clients in a polite and professional manner • Check orders before and after drop-off to make sure deliveries are completed correctly Qualifications: • Exhibits exceptional communication skills and time management skills • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) • Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and a clean driving record are required • Preference for candidates with prior delivery driver or related job experience • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds • Mechanical aptitude and experience with tool maintenance and repair Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly
