Responsibilities: What You'll DO: • Safety First: Safely operate commercial motor vehicles in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns. • Specialized Transport: Transport regulated customer material to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner. • Field Support: Operate cross-functionally with our project teams. This role includes assisting with loading operations using hand tools, vacuum-assisted apparatus, and heavy equipment when required. • Operational Compliance: Maintain accurate delivery logs and vehicle records. • Professional Conduct: Interact professionally with customers, coworkers, and the public, upholding INSERV’s high standards. • Upskilling: Train and upskill in relevant industry certifications as part of your professional development. Qualifications: • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). • Clean driving record with no major violations. • 2+ years of commercial driving experience preferred. • Ability to operate manual transmission commercial vehicles. • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the job, including loading and unloading if required. • Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Compensation: $27 - $35 hourly
