    Job Description

    Ceci New York, an award-wining, internationally acclaimed design studio, seeks a SALES AND SERVICE SPECIALIST to join our fun and growing team.

    ABOUT US: Ceci New York is a luxury graphic design brand specializing in invitation design for all types of events, stationery, print and brand design.

    We seek to continuously set the standards for luxury invitation and corporate identity design. Our design house is driven by a groundbreaking concept that unites museum quality artwork, white glove service and leading edge design.

    You will be working alongside a hard-working group of talented individuals in a beautiful, open, dynamic studio in Manhattan. We are a fast-paced company looking for an outgoing, smart, savvy and motivated individual. A deep passion for luxury goods and design is essential. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    -Be main contact for incoming leads through emails, phone calls and in person appointments

    -Maintain and grow existing relationships in the wedding, event planning, venue, and corporate field

    -Prospect new industries for design and invitation services

    -Schedule and conduct out of office meetings and networking opportunities to develop new business

    -Create sales presentations and proposals for sales leads and clients

    -Analyze sales process regularly and make recommendations to improve conversion

    -Work collaboratively with our in house project management, design and production teams

    -Manage client expectations through constant communication and anticipation of needs.

    -Clearly communicate with print partners to estimate client projects

    -Manage calendar in coordination with design team for on time delivery of client work

    DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree in related field

    3+ years sales experience in relevant industry

    Superior interpersonal, networking, and communication skills

    Outgoing, optimistic and energetic personality is a must

    Outstanding customer service skills

    Ability to work independently and within a team environment

    Must be results oriented and a self starter

    Skillfully multitask in managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously

    Ability to represent brand in professional appearance and demeanor

    Ability to close deals and create confidence in clients

    Knowledge of design, fashion, printing and/or event industry is a plus.
