Cecil’s Tire & Automotive in Jenks, OK is seeking an Automotive Service Writer to join our team. As an Automotive Service Writer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly and professional assistance

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues

Recommend appropriate automotive services and repairs based on customer needs

Prepare accurate service estimates and communicate them to customers

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs

Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

Prior experience as an Automotive Service Writer or similar role

Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Proficient in using computer software for generating estimates and invoices

Valid driver's license

ASE certification is a plus
