Cedar Park Med is hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses for immediate openings.

Requirements:

• Previous work experience in the geriatric and/or psychiatric work environment. The length of required previous experience may vary depending on the facility.
• Must have and maintain a license as a practical nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• BLS certification
• PPD and other applicable vaccines

Responsibilities:

• Deliver appropriate age-specific individual care for assigned group of individuals.
• Provide focused nursing assessments per facility policy
• Collect and report data for the development of individuals' plan of care to the Registered Nurse and the treatment team.
• Provide educational materials and information to individuals and families.
• Assist the Registered Nurse with the management of the unit milieu.
• Assist the Registered Nurse with supervision of nursing assistants and individual care assistants.

Night $50
