Cedar Park Med is seeking a qualified Medical Doctor for an immediate opening.

The ideal candidate will have a valid license to practice medicine in the State of New York and at least one year of experience in occupational medicine. Certification to perform exams in accordance with the US Department of Transportation (DOT) for Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issuance is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments in connection with injury-on-duty evaluations.
• Conduct fitness for duty evaluations.
• Administer annual physical examinations, including CDL examinations.
• Perform Department of Transportation (DOT) and non-DOT pre-placement/promotional physicals.
• Conduct Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and federally mandated examinations as required.
• Be available to testify at labor, disciplinary, medical, or Workers' Compensation hearings, or other official legal proceedings, upon request.

Requirements:

• Valid medical license in New York State.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in occupational medicine.
• Certification to perform CDL examinations as per DOT regulations.
• Ability to testify at official legal proceedings when necessary.

Schedule:

• ****Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except state holidays.
