We currently seek a dynamic, collaborative CORPORATE COUNSEL to join our organization, while demonstrating an impeccable commitment to integrity, compassion and transparency. As a member of the Dover Companies legal team, the Corporate Counsel will be responsible for providing timely and accurate legal advice to the Dover Companies’ senior living operations units, Cedarhurst Senior Living, LLC (“Cedarhurst”) and its affiliated pharmacy, Medicine Express, LLC (“MedEx”) and for the placement and management of the Dover Companies’ risk and insurance programs.
The successful candidate will be a well-rounded, business-minded generalist with the ability to provide counsel on a wide range of strategic, tactical and operational matters. The Corporate Counsel will report directly to the Dover Companies General Counsel and interact with Cedarhurst’s and MedEx’s home office and community personnel.
JOB SUMMARY AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
As Corporate Counsel, you will be responsible for managing (i) the Dover Companies insurance program and (ii) the day-to-day legal affairs of Cedarhurst and MedEx with limited oversight from others within the Dover Companies legal department.
