Full-time or Part-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA), we're hiring in-person for a school-based assignment in Oakland, CA to join our team in treating and assisting with caseload management grades K-12th. Inclusive school site, collaborative SpEd team & staff, easy & below average caseload size – it’s a perfect position!

Responsibilities:

• Implement direct therapy and treatment plans under the supervision of an SLP.

• Document and store treatment plans and progress reports.

• Update student progress twice yearly.

• Research-related speech and language problems.

• Assist in scheduling IEP meetings and maintaining speech files.

• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• REQUIRED: Current California SLPA License

• Associate's Degree in Speech Pathology or a Bachelor’s in Communication Disorders.

• Ability to build rapport with staff.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Positive and collaborative demeanor.
