    Hiring Now: Hybrid Occupational Therapy Supervisor for Assessments & Supervision (Part-Time)

    Celebrations Speech Group is a private practice and NPA (Non-public agency) with decades of experience providing quality services in pediatrics.     We are seeking a hybrid (remote & in-person) Occupational Therapist Part-time to join our team. You will evaluate patients, write reports and supervise a COTA in a clinical setting. Must have a current and valid license by the California Board of Occupational Therapy or Eligible.

    Responsibilities:

    Evaluate and implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis.

    Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results

    Supervise a COTA that helps patients improve their motor skills, coordination, and sensory integration.

    Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

    Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

    Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies.

    Write clinical SOAP notes.

    Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications:

    Experience in telehealth and technology.

    Ability to build rapport with patients and clinical staff.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Excellent time management skills, commitment, and organizational skills.

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

    Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist.

    Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
