Job Summary :

We're seeking a dedicated part time Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team for school based assignments. As a BCBA, you'll play a crucial role in helping students develop their behavioral skills and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

Provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervisions in accordance with requirements from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans

Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for assigned caseloads

Monitor skill acquisition programming and provide training to enhance treatment outcomes for assigned caseload

Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification

At least 2 years of school based experience implementing ABA interventions and or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities

Experience training school staff and parents

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills and the ability to work as a collaborative and supportive team member
