    HIRING VIRTUAL SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS NOW!

    We are seeking virtual Speech-Language Pathologists for School-Based Assignments in California to join our team in assessing, treating, and managing speech-language caseloads of all grade levels. Roles Inclusive school site, collaborative SpEd team & staff, average to below-average caseload size – it’s a perfect position!

    Roles can be made available as full-time or part-time positions, and can be performed entirely remotely. Potential for additional compensation for staff able to perform screeners and administer student Speech and Language assessments on site approximately once monthly.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide evidence-based therapy plans, goals, and therapeutic treatment for speech/language disorders.

    Evaluate and implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders.

    Case Management for students on caseload

    Attend, facilitate, and write legally compliant/defensible IEPs

    Provide supervision for a CF or SLPA if needed or as appropriate.

    Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

    Attend training as requested, collaborate, and provide support to other SPED teachers/specialists as well as GE staff.

    Qualifications:

    REQUIRED: Current SLP License valid in the state of California

    Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders

    Able to work in the California time zone (PST)

    Experience supervising SLP Assistant (SLPA)

    Familiarity with administering virtual assessments

    Experience with Case Management, IEP Writing, & SEIS

    Knowledge of California Special Education law & regulations

    Must have a strong desire to work with a wide array of populations

    Exercise good judgment in prioritization - complete assigned tasks without supervision

    Ability to build rapport with staff

    Excellent written skills and efficient verbal communication at all organizational levels
