We are looking for a part-time Data Analyst to join our team. This position requires a US citizenship to be eligible to obtain a Public Trust. This is a remote position. Direct hire; no third party please.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Customer Care and Outreach support for the fleet charge card program. Monitor fleet card usage and fraudulent activity.
- Provide support with maintaining up-to-date and accurate accounting codes (short-hand and budget object codes) and resolving any issues or discrepancies for transaction processing.
- Provide support with the program website and associated content. Provide recommendations for content and site improvements, based on analysis, analytics, and feedback from users.
- Monitor the program inbox and respond to inquiries by users through the inbox / email.
- Provide support with developing the training plan and program for delivery of required training to users and coordinators. Provide support with training on processes, policies, responsibilities, and knowledge gaps.
- Provide support with creating, maintaining, and updating program resources and documentation including training materials, policies and procedures, forms, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and newsletters.
- Provide support with OMB Circular A-123 processes and requirements to include process documentation and testing for the fleet charge card business processes and internal controls. Provide support for the validation of new cards and existing cards. Manage request processing and creation of charge card accounts.
- Provide support to Project Manager/SME and others.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, and reporting
- At least one year of experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, or Tableau
- Ability to analyze, populate, reconcile, query, and refine fleet management data to run mandatory, informational, and ad hoc reports
- Customer Service skills to fulfill customer care and outreach support
- Must be a US Citizen to pass a Public Trust background investigation
- Able to work 24 hours a week (up to 8 hours a day)
