    Job Description

    Celero is a FinTech company looking for a Partner Support Representative to join our team to help support our growth! In this role, you will help our Partnership Channel grow by assisting clients in a consistent and timely manner. Maintaining relationships is a key driver for our company's growth and overall success.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Support the development of Customer Service to ensure the service continues to meet customer and business needs.
    • Own key projects assigned, collaborating with other leaders in the organization and delivering on due dates given
    • Create and maintain KPI Metric reports, dashboards and performance analytics reporting
    • Assist clients via phone, email, and tickets; review and board completed merchant applications; perform merchant account maintenance
    • Respond to all types of customer inquiries and resolve wherever possible without referring to another team or person, taking ownership of the inquiry and taking a proactive and positive approach ensuring satisfaction.
    • Carry out all administration functions relative to customer services effectively and within agreed service standards.
    • Prioritize multiple situations with superb attention to detail in a high-energy and agile environment
    • Attends and participates in job related classes and webinars
    • Adheres to all company policies and procedures including safety standards
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Acquirer processing of at least one year
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
    • Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced knowledge with Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Ability to maintain organization while prioritizing responsibilities and workflows
    • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
    • Aptitude for understanding, interpreting, and analyzing data
    • Commitment to continual job-related learning, including company systems and external processing platforms

    EDUCATION:

    • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
