Celero is a FinTech company looking for a Relationship Services Representative to join our team to help support our growth! In this role, you will support our customers via telephone, email, and chat to provide solutions in accordance with Celero's service standards. This role is critical in retaining our current customer pool, as well as propelling growth. Essential Functions: * Work via phone queue to resolve a variety of payment and account inquiries. * Provide comprehensive responses by utilizing client systems and processes. * Data entry * Troubleshooting and problem solving customer requests * Develops familiarization of products and services for clients * Maintains an understanding of compliance guidelines * Attends and participates in job related classes and webinars * Adheres to all company policies and procedures including safety standards * Performs other job-related duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: * 2+ years of Payments Industry or Merchant Services experience with a focus on Customer Service * Banking or Financial Industry experience a plus * Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision * Ability to apply broad knowledge across multiple tasks * Works on projects ranging from routine to moderately difficult with ability to make decisions regarding resolution * Excellent analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills * Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced knowledge with Excel, Word, and Outlook * Ability to maintain organization while prioritizing responsibilities and workflows * Adherence to company policies and procedures including safety standards * Ability to work independently and as a member of a team * Aptitude for understanding, interpreting, and analyzing data * Commitment to continual job-related learning, including company systems and external processing platforms Education: * High School Diploma required; Associates' Degree in a related field, a plus Celero will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this role.
