Job Description
Celero Commerce has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative based out of our Nashville headquarters. This role is to provide exceptional service to our merchants, bank partners and resellers. Our merchants and partners will call into our central call center seeking information on their daily deposits, month end statements, Celero products, status of deposits, etc. Being able to work in a collaborative and highly motivated environment is critical. The Representative will have the responsibility and authority to ensure our merchants and partners are highly satisfied with the level of service Celero provides.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that Celero’s merchants and partners are highly satisfied with their payment experience
- Field merchant, bank and sales rep calls daily to answer a wide array of questions regarding merchant processing
- Provide a consistently positive experience to our clients when they have a question regarding their relationship with Celero
- High proficiency using Celero’s business management tool, Compass, to assist our clients with their questions and update merchant records
- Maintaining a polite and calm demeanor on the phones when assisting Celero merchants
- Perform and maintain certain Celero standards and metrics in regard to answering phones and assisting customers daily
- Collaborate with RMs and Sales teams to gather the appropriate information to resolve merchant problems and questions
- Provide operational assistance as needed throughout the Operations team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Clear, timely and concise communication via both phone and email to all Celero merchants and partners
- Ability to navigate multiple systems to find answers to Celero merchant and partner questions
- High Degree of Technical Troubleshooting ability
- Maintain organization and follow tasks to completion
- Familiarity with TSYS and Fiserv platforms is a plus
- Task oriented with an ability to handle a heavy call volume
- Ability to properly diffuse an escalated call
- Experience with a CRM system is a plus
- Goal oriented and have great attention to detail with the ability to meet and surpass daily, monthly and annual quotas and goals is a must!
